Available Courses

The core course offering of the Service!Plus·Training·Institute includes three separate training courses - Service!™, Career!Plus, and Safety!Plus, and are fully transferable to any industry. All Service!Plus™ courses are recognized for delivering exceptional employment opportunities. Students will learn the importance of delivering excellent customer service, effective communication, building relationships, handling difficult situations as well as a host of other exciting topics designed to develop their potential through self-confidence, self direction and goal achievement. Service!Plus™ students will also be instructed on their rights and responsibilities for working safely in any work environment.

The core course offering of the Service!Plus·Training·Institute includes three separate training courses - Service!™, Career!Plus, and Safety!Plus, and are fully transferable to any industry. The core program includes sixteen hours (2 days) of classroom instruction and is designed to  educate students on a number of key skills. We also offer more industry specific programs and will continue to add to that list.

At the end of each training session, Service!Plus™ students are required to score a minimum of 75% on the written exam, which will test their understanding of the concepts learned. Service!Plus™ is the first of its kind to test and certify soft-skills training so Service!Plus™ employers can be assured that students did actually learn and retain the concepts discussed in the course. 

After successful completion of Service!Plus™, students will excel in the following areas:

  • Importance of providing maximum contributions everyday. 

  • Identify customer needs then determine the when, why’s and how’s of exceptional Service!Plus™

  • Identify areas for improvement and take the steps necessary for change. 

  • Work place safety and accident prevention. 

  • Implementing safeguards to prevent crime.

  • The ability to contribute and function as a team member.

  • Developing their own personal blue print of identifying what they want most.
