Service!Plus™ is the leader in certified pre-employment training, setting the standard for job skills performance for all individuals entering the Canadian job market. The Service!Plus·Training·Institute is a national not-for-profit organization developed by industry professionals whose graduates are recognized by Service!Plus™ Partners for delivering outstanding performance, personal initiative and team performance.

What does certified pre-employment training mean? 

Certified means that all Service!Plus™ students are required to write and pass a number of exams demonstrating their skills and understanding of what they have learned in their training course. Simply put, if a student can’t meet these expectations, they will not be certified.

Pre-employment means that we will instruct every student on the very fundamentals of providing exceptional performance as well as a host of other critical job skills before they enter the work force.

Training will include Service!™, Career!Plus™, and Safety!Plus™. Other courses, which are more industry specific, will also be available, and Service!Plus™ Sponsors will have the ability to specify which additional Service!Plus™ courses they want employees to take.

The Service!Plus·Training·Institute is a division of the Propane·Training·Institute. Our certified training courses are recognized by regulatory authorities across Canada. We certify 25,000 students per year in courses regarding the safe handling of propane.
